Gourmet walk
2007
From 2001 to 2018, eighteen years of gourmet promenade!
Each year, the second Saturday in July, the "Comité d'Animation du Cru Chiroubles" was proposed
agourmet walk.
With a tasting glass set in hand, the participants make a small
5 -kilometer walk by the little ones
paths that crisscross the plots of vineyards. With of course
Each step a panorama on the vineyard and the chopped chops, the Saône plain
and the Alps in the distance by good weather.
The departure is done in groups, every 20 minutes, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
The program is simple: during a small step, stops are
programmed at regular intervals to allow you to eat a full meal:
an aperitif,
a "communard" (a little blackcurrant and chiroubles) at
first stop, followed by "l'entrée", the "plat principal", the cheese and finally the dessert to the
course of the following stops!
And at each stage, we taste Chiroubles wines: wine of the year at
the aperitif, and then we "go up the vintages" as we progress in the dishes.
To this was added a small animation to each stop.
And to finish small dancing evening at 7 p.m.
