Three characters accompany the sculpture by illustrating the key stages of viticulture and winemaking,
- vineyard pruning
- the harvest
- the tasting

The terroir of Chiroubles includes vines staring from 312 m to 600 m above sea level, which an "altitude terroir" with slopes on which the work of the vine can only be done manually.

And how much would this chirouboam contain?
- Jeroboam = 3 liters or 4 bottles of 75cl
- Réhoboam = 4.5 liters or 6 bottles of 75cl
- Balthazar = 12 liters or sixteen 75cl bottles
- Nabuchodonosor = 15 liters or twenty 75cl bottles
- Chirouboam = So, how many 75 cl bottles??
