Wardiaries of Alexandre 1915-1917

With the wardiaries of Alexandre Plaforêt, my grandfather, it is the journey of a soldier during the Orient campaign of 1915 to 1917 that you are offered to discover. Over the months, we share a experience with curiosity and emotions, weariness too.

The "Road book", with red blanket, 11 cm x 15.5 cm format includes 78 detached sheets. The writing is in paper pencil and the sheets bear a number in purple ink.

The black notebook tells, on a few leaves, of a very fine writing to black ink, maintaining positions around Monastir (march to july 1917) and return to France.
