In the XIXth century it is owned by the Merlino family, especially Pierre Merlino.
From her six children, four will be born in Chiroubles.

In 1917 the estate was acquired by Auguste Faye, wine merchant in Macon.
He came to Javernand to buy the harvest, he will buy
